Ahoy future Backend Maestro! Were on the lookout for a Backend Tech Lead to join our dynamic crew at Acowale - the startup sailing through uncharted waters to create a game-changing ecosystem of applications. As we conquer both B2C and B2B realms simultaneously, we need a seasoned Backend Captain with a minimum of 8 years of seafaring experience in the tech domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steer the back end ship, overseeing the Java, and Spring Boot crew, it is good to know Golang too.
- Safeguard the treasures of data with Regis Cache and master the art of communication with Kafka.
- Navigate the database waters with the expertise of Poster SQL.
- Collaborate with the front end and mobile crews to ensure seamless integration across our bustling ecosystem.
- Command the ship through the storms of API development, armed with Postman, Swagger JS, and a trusty toolkit of Webpack and Babel JS.
- Safeguard our secrets with Hashicorp Vault while ensuring the ship is well-trained with ES Lint.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 8 years as a backend pioneer, weathering the challenges of tech landscapes.
- A deep understanding of the backend languages - Golang, Java, and the art of sailing with Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in building robust APIs, wielding tools like Postman and Swagger JS.
- Expertise in database navigation, specifically with Poster SQL.
- Leadership skills to guide our passionate crew of backend engineers.
- A sense of humour to keep the ship crew cheerful during stormy coding nights.
