Position Overview: URVA is seeking a talented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving qualified leads for our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on URVA's growth trajectory in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn to target key decision-makers and stakeholders within our target industries. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and research potential leads, companies, and industry trends. Build and maintain a robust network of connections by engaging with relevant content, participating in industry groups, and initiating meaningful conversations. Implement best practices for prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities and identify areas for optimization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in lead generation on LinkedIn.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social selling tools for prospecting and lead generation. Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform capabilities, algorithms, and best practices for content engagement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the performance of lead generation campaigns and initiatives. Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a passion for driving results and achieving goals.
