Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for shaping innovative insurance products We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy Development: Contribute to the planning, design, and development of the product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. New Product Development: Drive the development and filing of new products within agreed timelines as outlined in the product planner. Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Ensure timely publication of Monthly Competition Updates, Segment Analysis, and Competition Benchmarking. Maintain an up-to-date repository of competitor products. Channel Partner Collaboration: Proactively engage with channel partners regularly to understand their product needs and provide support to help them achieve business targets. Sales Collateral Development: Lead the creation of Sales Collaterals and advisory tools to optimally position our products in the market. Product MIS Preparation: Develop and maintain Product Management Information System (MIS) for effective tracking and reporting. Project Initiative Support: Collaborate with the project team, providing valuable assistance on various project initiatives to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience in product management within the life insurance industry.6–7 years preferably in product development
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
