Job description

We are seeking a mid level recruiting professional who will bring a strong business acumen, a passion for recruiting, and a genuine interest in providing an exceptional candidate experience.

If you are a Recruiter who loves to hunt for top talent, who knows how to network and source top quality sales, customer success and engineering personnel, we would love to speak with you. 

• Source talent for critical roles, while functioning as a support person to recruiting team.
• Create a healthy pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
• Research and write highly personalised and relevant emails to prospects and candidates.
• Keep in touch with prospects/candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience with Sumo Logic
• Manage all phone and onsite interview coordination and management.

Requirements:

• A minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting Software Engineers, Sales and Customer Success Engineers
• Previous experience as an internal Recruiter working for a SaaS startup is preferable
• Proficient in sourcing, Linkedin outreach and social networking
• Technological savviness: both to operate ATS as to understand the candidates background
• Detail oriented in both interviewing, documentation and reporting
• Self-motivated, driven, and be able to navigate in a high and fast-growth environment
