Overview: As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed within budget, on time, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Project Planning: You will lead the project planning phase, collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. This includes developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership: You will assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative working environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for motivating team members and resolving conflicts.
Resource Management: Managing project resources efficiently is crucial. This involves allocating personnel, equipment, and materials effectively, monitoring resource utilization, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a focus on infrastructure development, construction, or transportation projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
PMP certification or equivalent is can be an added advantage
