What we want:

We are looking for a Media Planner at Vertoz who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital media plans to effectively reach target audiences and achieve client objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms audience targeting techniques and performance metrics to drive successful campaigns across online channels.

What will you do:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand advertising goals target audiences and campaign objectives.

Conduct thorough research on digital media landscape including audience demographics platform usage trends and emerging technologies.

Develop comprehensive digital media plans that integrate various channels such as display social media search video and programmatic advertising.

Utilize audience segmentation and targeting tools to identify the most relevant audiences for each campaign.

Evaluate digital media opportunities and negotiate contracts and pricing with media vendors to optimize budget allocation.

Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with campaign objectives.

Set campaign KPIs and performance benchmarks and monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and ROI.

Stay informed about industry trends new advertising technologies and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Provide regular reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.

Previous experience in digital media planning advertising or marketing roles preferably in an agency environment.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies including ad serving DSPs DMPs and tracking tools.

Proficiency in digital media planning and buying tools and platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager DV360 and Google Analytics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving results and achieving campaign objectives.

Knowledge of emerging digital media trends technologies and best practices.
