Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Analyst with expertise in working with Certinia or Financial Force to join our talented Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by conducting thorough testing and validation processes. ** Certinia or Financial Force experience is must to have. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues, providing detailed information for resolution. Perform regression testing to guarantee the stability of existing functionality after code changes. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Collaborate with the automation team to identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automated test scripts. Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into our testing processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst in a software development environment. Solid understanding of Certinia and Financial Force platforms. Proficient in creating and executing manual test cases and test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with test automation tools and the ability to contribute to automated test scripts is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.Job tags
