The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture. The primary responsibility of the Delivery Manager will be to oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.Responsibilities :Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement analysis to deployment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Lead and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and growth.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and methodologies.Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based technologies.Proven experience with Spring Boot framework and Hibernate ORM.Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and related technologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet project deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Planning and Execution : Craft and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Java technology projects.Lead the charge in project execution, ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with our high-quality standards and client needs.2. Team Leadership and Collaboration :Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams.Work closely with technical leads, developers, and QA teams to orchestrate efficient and effective project delivery.3. Stakeholder Management :Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their unique project requirements and expectations.Communicate transparently on project progress, risks, and issues, maintaining a strong client relationship.4. Risk Management :Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing strategic mitigation plans to ensure project success.Address challenges head-on to prevent project delays or scope variations.5. Quality Assurance :Implement and oversee robust testing and QA processes to guarantee the delivery of top-tier software solutions.6. Continuous Improvement :Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and elevate our delivery methodologies.7.
