Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic interior design Studio . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of interior design processes. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Gather and incorporate client feedback into project plans as needed. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones are achieved. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of design and construction is maintained. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry. Strong knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
