Responsibility Expectations from the role:
Administer, configure, and customize Jira and Confluence instances to align with organizational processes and requirements. Create and manage Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields to optimize tracking and management. Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to facilitate effective collaboration and documentation. Implement and enforce best practices, standards, and security policies for Jira and Confluence usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their specific needs and provide solutions through Jira and Confluence. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system maintenance tasks. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in Jira and Confluence usage.
