Job description
Develop a public relations plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management Coordinate all public relations activities Develop story narratives and pitch the same to the media Cultivate new contacts within business and industry media Manage media inquiries and interview requests Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations and appropriate distribution / dissemination of the same Design, edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.) Create opportunities to present thoughts in Industry Forums, Business Chambers, etc Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting brand and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them Anticipate crisis situations and mitigate the same Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis
