Role & Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for Nurturing and growing Existing Chain Chemist through
long term relationship. Promoting the products of the company. Delivering Sales Targets.
- This position will be assisted through shared commercial and logistics resources. Is
expected to play a leading role in Negotiation with Chain Chemist Category & directing
the operations team on plans agreed with Chain Chemist customers.
- Key elements of the role are Strategic thinking, Relationship building, Collaboration &
Analytics with the following objective: -
- Works in partnership with the National Key Account Managers to develop the category for
all brands.
- Drive and oversees the execution of the strategies for Chain Chemist Accounts.
- Growing and Developing Existing stakeholders through account specific growth
strategies.
- Building relationship and delivering high value to customers with an objective to have
loyal and long lasting customers.
- Working Close with the Trade Marketing team to deliver best practice in store sales,
execution, on Shelf availability and promotional compliance.
- Making presentations to the customers on the listing of NPDs, negotiating for closure of
agreement on activations and ensuring availability on the site on regular basis,
responsible for generating POs for NPDs.
- Responsible for timely processing of claims from customer and follow up on receivables
from customers.
- Being a central pivotal point of contact for the key Accounts, responsible for driving Sales
planning, Finalizing Joint Business Plans, TOT Management and New Account
Development.
Education and Work Experience:
- Graduation in any stream and MBA/PGDBM.
- Strong experience (4-5 years plus) within a large Indian or multinational organization
preferably within the FMCG/Pharma Industry in handling Chemist Channel.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example.
- Orientation towards achieving operational excellence in regular operational work for
enhanced team productivity and delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to derive trends/projections/forecasts from reports for planning and
risk mitigation.
- Strong financial acumen to evaluate business impact of various internal and external
factors.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams for better business patterning with Sales,
GTM, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain
- Customer centric approach and strong relationship management for engagement of
channel partners and customers
