Job description

Expectations for Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile Processes and procedures (including SAFe framework, metrics, and in the implementation of Agile Release Train).
• Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org), or Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile).
• Must have a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Complex Problem Solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement new ones.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, coaching, analysis and planning
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities
