Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Associate youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Youll assist in various F&B operations ensuring highquality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly escort them to tables and provide menus.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service addressing guests needs throughout their dining experience.
2.Product Knowledge:
- Familiarize yourself with the menu including ingredients preparation methods and special offerings.
- Provide recommendations and upsell items to enhance guests dining experiences.
3.Service Excellence:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately adhering to presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area ensuring tables are set properly.
4.Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate guest requests or special requirements to the relevant departments.
5.Handling Payments and Billing:
- Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Prepare bills itemize charges and present them to guests.
