JOB ROLE: Junior Technology Sales Specialist 

DETAILS:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technology Sales Specialist to join our team. The Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals in the booming tech industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Technology products and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

● Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets. 

● Make strategies and plans to increase the customer base of the company. 

● Involve in B2B sales 

● Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings 

● Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs 

and lifestyle of the client 

● Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships 

● Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new 

and unique sales tactics. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

● Proven experience as an Technology Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role, preferably in the tech industry. 

● Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, including software, hardware, networking, 

and cloud-based solutions. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence 

decision-makers. 

● Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 

● Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales. 

● Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. 

● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. 

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 

● Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required. 

TARGET & SALARY: 

● Base Salary: 7,000/- - 12,000/- including 

1. = 3L - 10% incentive 

2. =3L 6L - 15% incentive 

3. =6L - 20% incentive 

** 2 weeks training will be provided. 

** After 2 weeks training , 3 weeks will be allotted to achieve the minimum target. 

● Base(minimum) Target monthly - 1.5 Lakhs 

● In Office job.
