Job Title: ServiceMax Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented ServiceMax Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing the ServiceMax platform to meet business needs. As a ServiceMax Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining various features and functionalities within ServiceMax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom solutions within the ServiceMax platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Utilize your expertise in ServiceMax workflows, validation rules, approval processes, profiles, roles, and page layouts to create efficient and effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Apex classes, triggers, workflows, approval processes, and process builder workflows to enhance ServiceMax capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceMax environment.
  • Design and implement organization-wide data management strategies to ensure data security and accessibility.
  • Work with change sets and data loader for data migration and deployment activities.
  • Customize ServiceMax features such as the Dispatch Console Configuration, DC Field update, SFM Wizards, SFM Transactions, and SFM Custom Actions to optimize business processes.
  • Generate and customize Service Reports and Service Quotes as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for integration with in-house systems and external applications.
  • Utilize code repositories and deployment tools effectively for managing code changes and deployments.
  • Work in an Agile and Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as required.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceMax Developer with a strong technical understanding of the ServiceMax platform and data model.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceMax solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and approval processes.
  • ServiceMax Core Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing organization-wide data management strategies.
  • Experience with change sets, data loader, and other deployment tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Self-driven with a high level of performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
