Role: Business Analyst in Third Party Risk Management
- Business Analysts are at the centre of how Transformation shapes, delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners. They are typically responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management. Business Analysts work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options. In systems related projects and programmes, the role holder will support technology delivery partners with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
- The Business Analyst Change Management activities span from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback. They are also responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).

- Role holder sits in the Third Party Risk (TPR) team, and the role holder will be responsible for supporting the Group Third Party Risk team.The person will already have some experience and expertise in Third Party Risk, and so may be called on to provide day-to-day support, advice, or challenge in addition to delivery of specific initiatives as capacity permits
What you’ll do:
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery of the Extended Enterprise Risk Management approach, through engagement with the Non-Financial Risk Stewards, 1LoD Risk & Control Owners, CCOs and TPEMs.
- Support the expert oversight of the Global TPR Policy Implementation Programme, through coordination with the Regional Risk Stewards, 1LoD programme team and stakeholders.
- Support the assessment and design of a new Supplier Selection Control for the Group.
