Team Description Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented Sales & Account Management Executive Job Location: Mumbai POSITION OBJECTIVE: Grow existing business in the region & Sabre Market share. Use client management skills & initiate contact with existing customers. Build & maintain a pipeline of existing travel agency customers. Closely work with the leadership team to achieve profitable solutions for Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System). Focus on retention & growing existing business for the organization. Role and Responsibilities Manage existing customer relationship through renewals Customer key contact with focus on customer retention, volume, productivity, market share & profitability Account management focus & up-sell sales opportunities Identify revenue growth opportunities Initiate face to face meetings with existing customers Identify customer needs & provide appropriate Sabre solutions Co ordinate with the various functions within the company to ensure customer engagements are handled appropriately & in a timely manner. Work in collaboration with the team to execute Sabre strategies Ability to work independently as well as on cross-functional teams. Ensure all databases and activities are up to date 100% compliance to company policies Build & manage organization profitability & sustainable growth Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience Understanding of GDS (Global Distribution System) & Airline business preferred Experience in account management with consistent accomplishments preferred Solution & result oriented Leadership skills & qualities Strong interpersonal skills – Internal & external, With the ability to communicate at all levels Competencies: Result oriented Ability to navigate a global organization, experience with working in a matrix organization Ability to drive accountability throughout the organization Tech-savvy with ability to communicate technical product features effectively Strong analytical skills, solid negotiator, and facilitator Strong organizational, networking, relationship building and negotiation skillsJob tags
