The Enablement Director - EAM is responsible for defining, building and delivering education programs, courses, and certification paths for our employees, customers, and partners. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Enablement, they will help build an enablement function for Nuvolo's EAM solutions to drive education consistency for all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a curriculum roadmap for Nuvolo’s EAM solutions that is inclusive of knowledgebase content, leverages the customer community, Functional and Technical ILT and eLearning courses, job aides, microlearning videos and webinars
- Design and implement comprehensive internal enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to acquire, support, implement, and retain customers
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure appropriate inputs are clearly defined and obtained to deliver on enablement objectives
- Maintain a deep technical understanding of Nuvolo’s EAM solutions and the EAM ecosystem
- Develop, document and maintain certification paths
- Stay updated with new product releases and enhancements, and update curriculum and enablement material accordingly
- Working cross-functionally, identify product enablement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness across job functions and to drive customer value and satisfaction
- Partner with Client Experience leaders to align content and priorities to the continuous value flywheel vision
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Measure and report on curriculum effectiveness
Qualifications:
- A dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Values soft skills (relationship building, stakeholder management, leadership capabilities, etc.) just as much as the hard skills (enablement best practices, quantitative acumen, project management, etc.
- Passion for teaching, learning & development, and enablement
- Experience leading the enablement of a technical audience
- Depth of experience in ServiceNow or EAM solutions
- Advanced knowledge of curriculum design, eLearning, and certifications
- A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and working with cross-functional, executive-level decision makers to uncover needs and resolve pressing business issues
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while adhering to high levels of accuracy and quality of work

Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $185,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
