Job description

JOB PURPOSE

What you will be doing:

Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the respective brands Ensure on time and effective communication with internal team to ensure that clients timelines are met Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, pitches forward and help in make decisions for creative buckets Create content which is interesting and appealing to the target audience Consume all kinds of copy and content and craft effective, creative and engaging copy Propose topical content and moment marketing campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience Ensuring to provide support the Creative Strategists as and when required.

Retention of Clients:

Client retention has a direct impact on profitability. He/she will be held responsible, if found at fault for any attrition of clients due to any performance or behavioral related crisis. Provide suggestions given to the organization and action for improvements on the same.

Solutions and ideas offered for campaigns and pitches should be fact-filled, active and engaging to avoid rework and ensure that the client’s needs are met.

Internal Stakeholders: Ensure that the Creative team contributes to Innovative & Interactive Digital Media solutions that help the different teams to excel in their campaign Ensure on time and effective communication with internal team to ensure that clients timelines are met.

INNOVATE & SIMPLIFY

Schbang would like to focus on innovation and inventions from teams along with ways to simplify these with standard operating procedures

Creative Brief

– Decode the client briefs and translate it into clearly defined deliverables and explain the main focus of the campaign, pitches that requires attention. Document the Creative Brief and ensure accurate communication of brief to different teams involved Translate/Help

the teams in making the brief into an objective and engaging copy for the teams to understand the workflow of the client’s campaign. Help in setting overall tone of the copy to set tonality of the campaign and ensure that content for creative buckets is innovative and unique, not repetitive and meets the Schbang way! Frame/help in framing “ Concept Notes for clients ” Brainstorm

with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, pitches forward and help in make decisions for creative buckets Make

suggestions

to determine the most effective platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) that allows a client to convey messages to target audiences taking into consideration its outreach, frequency of reach and budget Create

content

which is fact filled, interesting and appealing to the target audience Give

suggestions

and

inputs

to increase the SEO rankings for campaigns Ensure an

attractive presentation

and creative strategy is made for the 1st pitch and help in converting potential clients.

Research: Carry out in-depth research about the client’s brand and competitor brands, including previous campaigns run by the client’s brand along with competitor brands. Keep abreast with current emerging industry trends Evaluate the demographics of specific media users by analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits to identify target audience appropriate creative ideas and solutions

Reports & The Way Forward: Deliver a comprehensive report to the Creative Manager by the 3rd of every month.
