Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Associate, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, to join our dynamic sales team. Job Summary: The Inside Sales Associate will focus on developing and nurturing leads, and contributing to pipeline growth by achieving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in inside sales, outstanding communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from lead generation to qualification.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new business or set qualified appointments for sales leads via Cold Call, Email, or LinkedIn reach out. Utilize advanced data mining techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads. Engage in lead nurturing processes to mature early-stage leads into sales-ready prospects, enhancing the MQL to SQL conversion rate. Actively manage and expand a pipeline of leads, employing effective strategies to uncover new opportunities. Should be good at articulating the unique value proposition of our solutions to prospects. Collaborate to refine lead qualification processes and ensure a seamless transition between MQLs and SQLs. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably within edtech, corporate learning and development, technology space. Demonstrated ability to effectively generate, nurture, and qualify leads, with a focus on MQLs and SQLs. Strong understanding of lead nurturing techniques and the ability to implement strategies for effective lead conversion. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), and proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools. A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field but not mandatory
