Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Siliguri. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the production team. The Production Manager will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the window and door industry is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
