Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Bangalore Urban. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills
• Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and organization
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service skills to provide visitors with a positive experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
