Job description
Employee Engagement, PMS
To ensure 100% compliance of all the processes as per the attendance policy for complete
closure within timelines.
2. Timely employee code creation and submission of documentation with quality, BVC
initiation and closure as per process ensuring effectiveness of the ELC processes.
3. Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all HR operations on processes of Exit,
Attendance, Payroll up-dation, ID Card, Appointment letter generation, Bank account up-
dation, Transfer, Confirmations and FNF Management etc. Maintain 100% compliance in
every process.
4. Ensure accuracy of employees and business information across all HR systems through
frequent reviews and audits.
5. Improving efficiency of various HR work flow processes – Onboarding, transfers,
separation, suspensions, compliance etc.
6. To effectively execute the Employee life cycle processes in a timely & qualitative
manner by adhering to the SOP & to maintain accurate employee data base.
7. Managing Business Relationship with various stakeholders.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. A person with positive attitude, confident & multitasker.
10. Well versed with MS office, excel & power point.
