Gender: Male
Salary Offered: Rs. 30,000/- to 35,000 CTC
Job responsibility:
Accounting Functio ns
Preparing & maintaining accounts & reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms.
Handling both Accounts Receivables & Payables.
Bank Payment, Bank Reconciliation, VBD Payment.
Vendor & Customer Debit & Credit Note.
Purchase& Sales Order Working & Supplementary Bill Booking.
Reconcile Monthly Debtor & Creditor Statemen t
Reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining accounts of sales transactions, purchase bills, Sales Bill
operation maintenance bills, etc.
Ensuring GST Working on tim e.
Monthly Stock Taking & Valuati on.
Operations Managemen t
Overseeing vendor development & finalization of vendors, arranging timely delivery of quality
goods, ensuring minimum stock at inventory, passing invoices on due da tes.
Ensuring payments of staff and laborers & ensuring all types of statutory payments like PT,
TDS, and Service Tax .
