Job description
Primary tasks done by FAs include (and are not limited to):
● Gathering ground intelligence and feedback through IDIs with Gram pradhans, specific cohort influencers, general public
● Accessing local media groups and providing daily media updates for their region.
● Frequent ground visits to collect the ground intelligence as per the requirement
● Collate list and contact details of cohort-specific influencers
● Reporting current political situation and designing strategies for the client
● Tracking political parties' activities on the ground for campaign activities and others
Desired Qualification & Experience: ● Preferably holds a bachelor's degree.
● Local or who has a good understanding of the culture, demographics, and political dynamics of the local region.
● Good networking skills are a must. He should be dynamic and flexible in terms of his outlook toward work. Be highly motivated to work in the field and build a network.
