Job Summary:

As the Product Engineering Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality and innovative products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of our talent experience management software.

What you've to do:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and develop product roadmaps

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to release

- Ensure the team follows agile methodologies and best practices for software development

- Monitor and track project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our products

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications:

. 10+ years of Software Development experience in Java/J2EE, Mongo DB, Design Patterns, Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture

. Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development

. Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments

. Solid written and verbal communication skills

. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

. Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.

Work Experience

. More than 10 years of hands on product engineering experience.
