Position: Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant Experience:-8-9 Years Location:- Indore, Pune, Hyderabad Notice period – Immediate Joiner Must Have Skills - 8+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant or Architect.
- Should have at least 3-4 end-end implementations with exposure towards US, EMEA, APAC, Oceania Customers
- Technical knowledge in previous experience is preferred.
- Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developers.
- Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is required. In-depth expertise in Finance or SCM is a Key
- Understanding of infrastructure, D365 Deployments, Country specific localizations, integrations, and customizations within Dynamics 365 F&O
- Have skills in providing estimations, blueprint the solution, and build knowledge base for the customization specific areas.
- Experience in AX 2009/AX 2012.
- Should be able to handle Support requests, prioritization and monitor SLAs, participate in daily stand up calls for sharing progress updates- Work with internal Team.
- Preparing business process discovery documents.
- Preparing functional specifications for customizations required for D365 FO implementations.
- very good communication and presentation skills,
- good understanding of agile and waterfall project management and software development approaches,
- open-minded, seeking for innovative solutions, creative approach for solving common challenges across projects,
- capable of managing communication in a team, moderating discussions, drawing constructive conclusions, resolving conflicts.
Nice To Have - Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions,
- Microsoft Azure & D365 Certifications,
- Advanced level of knowledge of at least one industry (Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Automotive),
- Experience in working on Agile projects and handled large scale implementations.
