DevOn is in the expansion phase, so we are looking for an experienced
Head of Business Development to contribute to our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who lead the business development efforts for DevOn South India. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong network who can showcase how DevOn can drive organizational transformation for our clients. Essential Duties : · Build, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey. · Understand client requirements and customize software solutions to meet their specific business needs, driving value for both the client and DevOn. · Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of DevOn. · Experience to work in fast growth environment and hands-on sales skills · Work with interdisciplinary teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, showcasing the unique value proposition of DevOn. · Establish a strong brand image for DevOn through strategic marketing initiatives, including participation in conferences, meetups, seminars, discussion forums, and knowledge sharing spaces. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights for business growth and driving innovation within DevOn. · Continuously seek new ways to improve and identify new directions for the company to grow, pushing the boundaries of business development in the digital transformation space. Job Requirements : · Minimum 12+ years of business development experience in selling software services . · Experience in successfully building and implementing commercial strategies. · A proven track record of sales excellence in software services to enterprise-level organizations . · Basic knowledge of the software market as well as modern IT software stacks. · Experience in offshoring/Consulting/Nearshoring software services within India. · Entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive business growth and development. · Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills with the ability to discover and close opportunities. · Ready to travel and visit clients within India About DevOn: DevOn is a global technology company at the forefront of leading DevOps transformations and setting up High Performance Distributed DevOps teams with leading companies worldwide.
