About the Role

Your mission To transform DTC and E-commerce business insights and practical advice into engaging, crisp, and visually stunning content. You will be at the forefront of creating meaningful and impactful content that truly resonates with our audience, helping them navigate and succeed in their entrepreneurial journeys.
Who are you
- Master storyteller and visual communicator : You have a gift for crafting captivating narratives that are not just informative but also take viewers on a compelling journey.
- Expert in collaborative content creation and influencer engagement : You excel at teaming up with subject matter experts, industry influencers, and our customers, effectively reaching out to and persuading influencers in the E-Commerce and and D2C space to collaborate and create content with us.
- Social media maestro with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram or Tiktok : You have a proven track record of mastering social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, IG or TikTok to elevate Richpanel as a 'must-follow' brand. Your strategies are innovative, and your content is designed to engage and grow our audience.
- Video production and podcasting pro : You are an expert in video production, whether it's documentary-style interviews or quick reels, is exceptional. You know how to grab and retain attention within the first few second. If you have a history of engaging audiences through podcasts or social media reels, you're just the person we're looking for.
- Strategic thinker in content development : Beyond content creation, you are adept at developing strategies that enhance Richpanel's brand identity and market position. Your approach is always fresh, and your ideas are innovative, keeping us ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Content distribution and repurposing specialist : Your expertise doesn't just lie in creating content; it extends to strategically distributing and repurposing it across various channels. You possess a knack for finding innovative ways to maximize reach and engagement.
What does success look like in the role
- Achieved a 30% increase in Linkedin followers and 25% boost in engagement rates within three months.
- Set a goal to connect with at least five new influencers in the D2C and eCommerce space each month, aiming to build meaningful partnerships and expand our collaborative network.
- Initiated at least two major projects with these influencers per month, aiming to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Regularly produced high-quality video or podcast content, with a goal of four pieces per month (including the two collabs with influencers. Other two videos can be product update videos, stories, customer webinars)
- Created multiple reels/stories from the main content pieces to increase reach and distribution.
- Your content initiatives are driving a chunk of our website traffic.
- Spearhead the launch of a new social media channel, potentially Instagram or TikTok to grow our presence in this space and branding.
- Find innovative ways to get distribution and reach in relevant DTC communities.

- Week 1-2 : Welcome to the Richpanel Family! Begin by immersing yourself in our culture and products. Understand the intricacies of the D2C and eCommerce industries..
- Week 3 : Dive into our content landscape. Review our existing strategies and start brainstorming fresh, innovative ideas that align with our brand voice and audience interests.
- Week 4 : Create and release your first content piece, setting a high standard for quality and engagement. This could be a teaser of the exciting content journey ahead with Richpanel.
Next 30 Days (Day 31-60): Engagement boost and fnfluencer outreach
- Week 5-6 : Assess the impact of your debut content. Gather audience feedback and performance metrics, using these insights to refine your approach for higher engagement and connection.
- Week 7 : Explore and initiate diverse content formats. Consider launching a mini-series or hosting interactive social media sessions that highlight our brand's expertise and values.
- Week 8 : Begin forging relationships with influencers in the D2C and eCommerce space. Work on at least two major collaborative projects that reinforce Richpanel's position as an industry thought leader.
Next 30 Days (Day 61-90): Expanding reach and setting new horizons
- Week 9-10 : Develop and launch a significant campaign or introduce a new social platform presence, like Instagram or TikTok, to diversify our digital footprint and audience engagement.
- Week 11 : Take a step back to analyze the cumulative impact of your efforts. Identify what worked and what can be improved. Use these insights to plan scalable strategies and more targeted content.
- Week 12 : Chart out your goals and plans for the next phase. Focus on further enhancing influencer partnerships, increasing our website traffic through your content initiatives, and discovering innovative distribution methods to penetrate relevant DTC communities.
