Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Thane. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing closings, funding, sales, loans. The person will also work cross-functionally with other departments such as finance and legal to ensure all processes are seamless and efficient.

Experience - 2 to 5 years (Candidate Preferable from Thane Market - Real Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Receive leads from Pre-sales Team on daily basis
  • Handling sales at site office for a particular site or project
  • Sales closures, negotiations and post sale service to end consumers
  • Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal
  • Regular sales calls and follow-ups / update leads received and enter in CRM
  • Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / improvement areas / key client issues
  • Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail / Calls or Face to Face discussion
  • Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer queries regarding services and amenities of the projects.
  • Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
  • Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective support
  • Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and coordinating with the Home-loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
  • Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals
  • A strong Team-player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem solving abilities.
  • Effective Co-ordination with Pre sales & Post sales teams for smooth sales operation

Qualifications
  • Experience in closings, funding, sales, loans, and mortgage lending
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
