Erection and commissioning of M u lti s t age, horizontal Spindle, Axial Flow, Impulse Steam Turbine ,
Turbine (Kessels)

S t e am line, Air line, Hydraulic line, piping work
Whole plant (shed, truss, machine) Fabrication work
Fire line s ys t em installation.
Analyze all r o ot causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools
acco r ding to requirement.

Planning manpower, machine, material to increase productivity and reduce costs.
? Maintenance & Operation

M a de preventive maintenance schedules and assure it should follow strictly.
Looking after production and operation of whole plant.
Responsible for managing, processing and coordinating engineering change request s .
Plan and coo r dinate the implementation of design change notices by prioritizing/ acting as
appropriate for complex and/or urgent cases.

N e w development and modifications done to minimize breakdown maintenance and to increase efficiency of
machi ne.

H a ndling Purchase and spa r e procurement of plant.
To obtain, examine & evaluate the quotations of various items received from suppliers.
P r e pa r ing and submitting data regarding GPCB, CGWA, Boiler Passing, etc.
