Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Kanpur, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales team. The role will also involve working remotely at times.
Qualifications
- Business development, sales, and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Knowledge of web technology, finance, and education industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
