Job description

Designing Training Programs: Creating comprehensive training programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and designing courses that align with business needs.

Delivering Training: Conducting in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars on Tableau software. This includes explaining concepts, demonstrating techniques, and providing hands-on exercises.

Creating Training Materials: Developing and updating training materials such as user manuals, tutorials, exercises, and case studies. These materials should be engaging, comprehensive, and relevant to the target audience.

Assessment and Feedback: Evaluating participants' progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises. Providing constructive feedback to help them improve their Tableau skills.

Support and Troubleshooting: Offering support to participants who encounter difficulties with Tableau, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices.

Keeping Up with Tableau Updates: Staying updated on new features, updates, and best practices in Tableau software. Incorporating these updates into training materials and sessions.

Professional Development: Continuing to enhance their own skills and knowledge in Tableau and data analytics. This might involve attending workshops, conferences, or pursuing certifications.

Customized Training: Working with clients or organizations to understand their specific needs and tailoring training programs to meet those needs.

Data Analytics Fundamentals: Providing an understanding of basic data analytics concepts, such as data cleaning, data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Integration with Other Tools: Teaching how to integrate Tableau with other tools and platforms for more comprehensive data analytics solutions.

Adapting to Learners' Needs: Being able to adapt training methods and materials to suit different learning styles and requirements of participants.
