General information: For High Voltage Switchgears Business, we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Zone North. Responsibilities: Responsible for Business Development of High Voltage Products in Zone North. Identify white spots in Zone for products and services special focus on GIS, Hybrid and Power quality solutions. Chalk out actions to address those white spots with guidance from BU/ TL/Territory managers. Promote complete High Voltage Products and Services Portfolio in various segments like Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, Renewables, Transport, etc. Identify projects during inception stage. Working closely with technical consultants, technical officials at user side to do thePushing New Technologies like Digital Portfolios in various segments. Arranging technical seminars, presentations for Industries, Utilities for identified products and services. Reporting leads, opportunities in necessary tools like SFDC and updating continuously. Complete engagement with customer till finalization of contract, helping BU sales/ common sales team for making inroads to customer organization also working independently for sales activity for GIS and Hybrid. Safety, Quality and Integrity to be followed strictly. Your background: We are looking for someone with a university degree in electrical/electronic engineering combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development / Sales of MV or HV Switchgears. To be successful in this role you should equipped with good communication skills along with knowledge of Electrical substation layout / operation philosophy. Candidate must hold a strong customer focus and willingness to move extra mile to achieve the goal. Preferably, you have a proven track record of managing and facilitating change. The role requires fluent English and local language in speaking and writing.
