Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Account Relationship Manager. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, crafting and executing marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, managing budgets, and generating new business leads.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client-facing roles and building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Rural Marketing or in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Understanding of rural cultures and attitudes is a plus
