Job description

Purpose of Job

Manage channel operations & GTM related to CMS (Cash Management Services) and Key Account Management related to Cash Drop partners Develop and execute strategies to drive channel sales and meet revenue targets and work closely with all relevant stakeholders

This role will require collaboration with both internal as well as external stakeholders such as Partners, State/circle teams, channel partners etc. to deliver the throughput & other deliverables.

Job Description

§ Responsible for overall CMS business and other projects of the vertical § Managing day to day operations w.r.t. assigned vertical § Establish and sustain robust relationship with stakeholders such as external partners, State/Circle teams, Channel Partners etc. § Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies § Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats. § Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends § Responsible for adhering and maintaining hygiene, compliance and processes for smooth conduct of the business. § Responsible for identification of locations with potential CMS business and coordination with circle team for distribution set up § Collate best practices and implement the same across § Build and manage a business roadmap to support our goals and strategies

Key competencies,

§ 5+ years of Sales & product management experience at a fintech, telecom or consumer technology company § Experience of channel & distribution management with demonstrated new sales track record § Ability to build channel proposition to deliver on business objectives § Ability to travel as required meeting team and department goals § Cross functional relationship management & Client Centered § Results Orientated with Analytical thinking § Excellent communication skills (oral/written) § Multitasking and time management § Technology understanding and adoption necessary for financial products § Demonstrated ability to evaluate, balance partner workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills § Team player
