Requirements

Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
Designing the Recruitment plan in accordance with Manpower requirement forecast.
Collect required documents from the new hires and fix joining date of the candidate.
Conducting past verification of employee from past employer (if needed)
Maintain complete documentation for the recruitment, offer letter and joining formalities, Salary Negotiations.
