Job description

Access And Audit Service Associate Job Description Includes

Prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolve/fulfill access & audit requests. Schedule workload in accordance with SLAs and ensure timely escalation of issues that affect business continuity.

Make appropriate responses to access & audit requests requiring a considered approach to assessment of risk and business continuity, change impact, resource requirements and change approval.

Work with multiple teams across business and technologies to manage existing and new access and audit needs.

Serve as liaison for escalations coming into corporate service desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the process owner and process managers to plan, coordinate and drive all process activities.
  • Process and operational reporting and continual service improvement of processes against KPIs
  • Engage with audit, risk and compliance functions on ongoing audits and reviews.
  • Engage with other service management practices such as knowledge, incident, and problem management.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for continual process improvement to the process owner.
  • Manage the documentation of policies, processes, and procedures for access & audit.
  • Maintain and publish the Forward Schedule of access & audit processes (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Prioritize requests & incidents according to their urgency and impact to the business and escalate (technical and/or hierarchical) as needed.
  • Engage team, partners, and stakeholders appropriately to ensure full collaboration, multiple viewpoints, and full transparency.
  • Apply technical acumen to ask the right questions, collect the responses, set actions based on information, and to follow-up with probing questions if the response does not fit the situation.
  • Ensure incidents & requests are fully documented both during and after the situation, including gathering and recording the full timeline of events.
  • Communicate to affected business area leaders and process owners.
  • Identifying and escalating critical issues to management
  • Monitoring of IT Service Desk unassigned Service Now queues and IT Service Desk mailboxes.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow and should have good knowledge of Incidents, Requests, Dashboards and Reporting with basic understanding of Problem & Change.
  • Proactive to get involved with a range of IT project work and look for ways to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Proven customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to extract relevant information quickly and effectively.
