Position : Regional Sales Manager
Location : Delhi
Experience : 15 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Ayurveda industry is preferred.
