Role Description

The Technical Support Engineer will be a crucial member of the team responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Support Engineer's day-to-day responsibility includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, providing analytical reports, and ensuring timely communication with clients. The Technical Support Engineer will be working with cross-functional teams across the organization.
