Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily office tasks, such as answering phones, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. Other duties may include preparing reports, data entry, and providing executive administrative assistance.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in executive administrative assistance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and organizational software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in a technology or consulting firm is a plus
