We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom-designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of Total Environment Group. You will be responsible for developing the digital marketing strategy for all our business verticals catering to Indian and Global audience.

Successful candidate will have the expertise to plan and execute our digital marketing strategies worldwide, be responsible for the ideation, creation, management, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns on all relevant platforms. Someone who can tackle all aspects of digital marketing

This is a team management role with 2-3 direct reports including Digital & Social media marketers, SEO specialists. Alongside a creatives team with support will also be available.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibilities of Digital marketing strategy- Including Lead Gen, Search, Social, Display, Performance marketing Relationship building with all leading advertising platforms (FB, Google etc), new age media houses (News Aggregators, OTT, Short Video, Gaming etc) Evaluate Alliances & Partnership for promoting our brand and products. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Performance and Lead Generation Campaigns Drive the key metrics for Growth and performance marketing within the organization. Budget & ROAS management for Digital marketing, measure campaign impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channel. Capture learnings and reapply for future campaigns. Develop quarterly marketing calendar of digital campaigns for India and International Markets Single point of contact for managing our digital agency to create campaigns for lead gen. Work with paid media team to boost efficiency of advertising budgets. Competition tracking & analysis (Campaigns, Platforms, Partnerships, Positioning) In-depth and hands-on understanding of SAAS products including Leadsquared, Salesforce and other digital vendors Oversee and optimize organic, CRM channels to achieve business goals. Drive new initiatives that will increase contribution of digital to overall business.

CRM Marketing (Email, SMS, Whatsapp Marketing & More)

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive them towards closure. Create campaigns, product campaigns to increase engagement. Monitor email, SMS, WhatsApp performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum impact Leverage CRM channels as a measure for lead acquisition.

SEO: Lead the SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics. Collaborate with agencies to drive rankings of key business terms. Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.

Meet Business goals for all business verticals from a digital marketing perspective. Brand Awareness and Consideration of Total Environment in the target market

Pre-requisite A go-getter attitude is a must. Extremely high on people skills, someone who believes in getting the work done. An individual who gets into the depth of work and is Hands-On.

Requirements Work Experience – 8-10 yrs in Digital Marketing Education – MBA from a Premier Institute. Experience in Financial Services or Ecommerce would be preferred. Analytical bent of mind Good hold on communication Attention to detail.
