Job Description:

You will play a critical role in supporting the seamless execution of back-end operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about the culinary arts and eager to learn the intricacies of managing large-scale kitchen operations, restaurant marketing strategies, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support : Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and bulk kitchen, ensuring that all processes are executed to perfection.
• Quality Control : Monitor the quality of products and services to ensure compliance with our high standards and health regulations.
• Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract a larger clientele.
• Stock Management : Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
• Data Analysis : Assist in analyzing operational and sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions regarding menu adjustments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Customer Service : Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback, aiming to continuously improve the dining experience.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to foster a collaborative work environment and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A passion for the culinary industry and a desire to grow within it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship experience in hotel/restaurant management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with stock management software and tools.
