About the role

Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Operations Specialist with a strong background in audit readiness. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless operations while maintaining a high level of audit compliance.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• ServiceNow Operations Management:
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
• Audit Readiness:
 Develop and implement audit-ready processes and controls within the ServiceNow platform.
 Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
 Prepare documentation and reports for audit reviews, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Configuration and Customization:
 Lead configuration and customization efforts in ServiceNow to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
 Stay current with ServiceNow updates and enhancements, implementing new features as appropriate.
• Incident and Problem Management:
 Act as a point of escalation for complex ServiceNow incidents and problems.
 Work closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly and prevent reoccurrence.
• Continuous Improvement:
 Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within ServiceNow operations.
 Implement best practices for IT service management to enhance overall performance.
• Documentation:
 Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and audit-related activities.
 Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and readily available for audit purposes.
• Vendor Management:
 Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors to stay informed about product roadmaps and updates.
 Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the optimization of services.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
• Proven experience in audit preparation and compliance within a ServiceNow environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
