Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America. Process Overview Global Payment Investigation team is part of Global Payment Operations hub at BACI. Process deals with investigation of payment related queries raised by clients, internal departments, BOFA branches and External Banks and providing a resolution in a timely manner. Job Description Review incoming messages from external banks/clients and index them into GIN cases as per procedure Investigate and identify root cause for an enquiry and take it to closure as per procedures Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages Pass payments adjustments entries on client accounts, internal accounts & nostro accounts Follow up with external banks for details and confirmation Co-ordinate with teams onshore/offshore in day to day activities Works meticulously as per defined procedures and highlight anomalies as per recent changes in the process Thoroughly familiar with the Payment Concepts. i.e., MT 103/202/202Cov and other admin messages Deliver with accuracy and timeliness Responsibilities The associate will report to an FLM and will be working as an IC Associate will be responsible for resolving queries raised by clients, internal departments, BOFA branches and External Banks and providing a resolution in a timely manner Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics Understand, interpret process procedures and regulations Job Title : Senior Team Member/Team Developer RequirementsJob tags
