Responsibilities :

- Actively set up, plan and carry out client visits

- Actively pursue targets via cold calls, in person visits, etc.

- Achieve sales targets set by the Team Lead

- Liaise with carriers to negotiate the best rates/terms required to close a potential business

- Note : This is a field job and willingness to travel is a Must.

Minimum eligibility criteria include :

- Willingness to be on the field at least 70-80% of the time

- Interest in pursuing a carrier in International Logistics

- Knowledge of the ocean and air freight forwarding and shipping industry

- Willingness to learn the subject

- Willingness to pursue targets via cold calls, in person visits, etc.

- Effectively handle customer enquiries

- Must be well versed in written and spoken English and Hindi; additional languages a plus
