Job description
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Act as the main point of contact and build a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and implement improvements based on the feedback received.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on products, services, and industry trends.
- Keep clients informed about new offerings, promotions, or changes in policies.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal departments when necessary.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively work to prevent them.
