Job description
The Casa Sales Officer is responsible for selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) products. They acquire new customers nurture existing relationships and meet sales targets. This role involves promoting CASA products providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities :
Acquire new CASA customers through various channels.
Develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Provide information on CASA products and resolve customer inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Previous sales experience preferably in banking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goaloriented and able to work independently.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
