Role Data ArchitectExperience 10+ YearsAvailability Immediate to 30 daysMode of Work Hybrid (3 days WFO / Week Mandatory)Job DescriptionSoftware Requirements:Knowledge of various software development platforms and technologiesFamiliarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, AsanaUnderstanding of database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and OracleOverall Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and support for various software development projectsDesign and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data.Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.Review database design and reports for management and executive teams.Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features. Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems. Mentor /Groom team members through training and individual support. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Ensure the enterprise follows best practices for data standards and data managementSkills:Experienced in Power BIExperience in Databases (MySQL, Aurora, MS-SQL, NoSQL)Experienced in AWS, DMS, Azure Data Factory, RedshiftExperienced in the OLAP, Talend, SSAS, and pyspark,DataMesh,Data FabricDocker and containersReal-time streaming platformsFamiliar with AI/ML algorithms and model trainingExperience:5-9 years of experience in software development and technology consultingProven track record of delivering successful software development projectsExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing projectsDay-to-Day Activities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidanceConduct research and analysis on new technologies and platformsDevelop and implement technical strategies for software development projectsMonitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetProvide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the projectQualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is a plusSoft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to adapt to changing technologies and platformsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
